  • Damaged or defective product: If the borescope camera, visual ear cleaner camera, portable microscope, invisible hinges, or dental oral camera, etc you received was damaged in shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us before receiving the shipment. Contact us within 48 hours and provide relevant photos or videos as evidence. We will process your refund or replacement product as soon as possible.
  • Wrong product: If you receive a product that does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours after receipt. We will arrange delivery of the correct product for you and take care of taking back the wrong product.
  • Product not received: If you have not received the product beyond the estimated delivery time after order confirmation, please contact us immediately.
